The Stoneygate Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Character Appraisal is a detailed description of the architectural, landscape and historical features which give the Conservation Area its ‘special character’ and which the City Council are seeking to safeguard for future generations.

It plays an important role in planning decision making and must be taken into account by case officers when considering a planning application.
